Order of customized items

• Cabinets and Counter tops are specifically customized and designed to fit your space, products are not refundable once order is placed unless there are defects prior to your inspection and installation.
• Products will not be refundable after installation.
• Change of interest after order is placed is also not acceptable for refund.
• We will not be responsible for the products after delivery, and  inspection by you. Photos and signature will be taken to conclude the purchase.
• Stone is a product of nature, patterns and colors may varies from one to another.
• Invoice must be paid in full before delivery and installation.
• Delivery fee is not refundable.
• Incorrect items will only be refundable within the 7 days after your inspection. 
• Order of customize items will only be placed once the first down payment is made.
• All down payments are not refundable.
• We're not responsible for your own incorrect measurements. Refunds, corrections or exchanges will only be accepted if incorrect measurements are conducted by our team members.

Non-customized In stock items 

• Incorrect or defected items will only be exchangeable or refundable within the 7 days period after purchase.
• For all returning items, it must be in it's original condition and packaging.
• Physical Receipt or electronic receipt must be presented for all returns or exchanges
